Bug report

The fastest way to report a bug is in our Discord server — head to the bug-reports channel and describe what happened, which command you used, and what you expected vs what actually occurred. Screenshots help a lot.

You can also email us if the bug involves sensitive account data.

Balance feedback

Think a character is too strong, too weak, or just feels off? Drop it in our Discord — Dusty monitors balance feedback closely and every suggestion is read, even if we don't always act on it immediately.

Be specific: which character, which ability, what matchup, and why.

Feature suggestion

New character idea? New game mode? New mechanic? We love hearing it. Post it in the suggestions channel on Discord so the community can weigh in too — good ideas with community support are much more likely to get built.

Document or TOS question

If you have a question about our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy — including data deletion requests, account reset requests, or anything legal — email is the right channel.

Include your Discord User ID so we can look up your account.

Business or press

Partnerships, press coverage, collaborations, or anything commercial — email us directly. We try to respond within a few days.

Just saying hi

We're in our own Discord server pretty often. Come hang out, play some rounds, and say hi. That's genuinely the best part of running this.
